Frequently Asked Questions

• What does my monthly rent include?
The Gardens staff will assist you with all daily living activities such as grooming and exercise, Three Home Cooked Meals/ 2 Healthy Snacks per day served in the dining room, monitoring of self-administered medications, assistance with scheduling appointments and transportation to the appointments, all personal laundry, and linen and housekeeping services.

• Do the rooms come furnished?
We furnish your room but we encourage you to personalize your room by bringing your pictures and other item to make your room feel like home.

• Are there semi-private rooms?
We have private rooms w/ bath , private rooms w/ shared bath and semi-private rooms.

• Are there activities for me to do throughtout the day?
We have a full time activities director who plans activities for each month. At the beginning of each month the calendar is posted on the activity board.

• Am I allowed to leave the building with family and friends?
At any time our residents are permitted to leave the building with notification to the front desk and the family member or friend must sign you out.

• Is the staff here 24 hours per day?
Our staff is in the building and available 24 hours per day seven days per week.

• Are we allowed to use the “common areas” when entertaining friends and family members that are visiting?
All common areas are available for all residents.
